So I’ve gotten through a bit of the photoreading process. The system works in 4 steps:
- Going into a state of accelerated learning. This is simply going into a trance and giving yourself direct suggestions of “I will open my mind and extend my vision”.
- Next step is previewing (or mind-mapping I believe is what they call it). This is basically telling your brain how to organize the information your about to read. Didn’t get this far yet.
- Photoreading. Stare at the center of the book, flip pages at a steady rhythm and absorb all the information into your subconscious.
- The last step is activation. After you photoread the book, you go through some steps to send the information to your conscious mind.
I’ll keep you guys updated with future updates.
I also want to share that I went into my first deep trance. I was lying in my bed and so many thoughts were running through my head (as they usually are) and I just couldn’t fall asleep. So I did a self-hypnosis Elman-like induction. My mind went completely blank and I just kept focusing on my eyes.
After several moments, I felt my eyes jumping and eye lids fluttering. My stomach filled with butterflys and I became completely relaxed and empty. What an amazing state.
My next post will be on lucid dreaming - what it is and how to get started.

Hey Oleg
I would love to hear your take on lucid dreaming when you get it going. I have been working with it on and off with mixed results. A couple of times when I was able to Lucid dream was something else.
It was amazing and i swear it can be one of the coolest things in the world. You really do have complete control over your dream. Please keep us informed with the lucid dreaming.
