As humans, we experience all of our life through our 5 senses - hearing, smell, touch, sight, and taste. According to the principles of NLP, all people predominantly fall into one of three groups - Visual (sight), Auditory (hearing), or Kinesthetic (smell, taste, and touch).

What is your favorite sense?

What is this information good for? Learning which way is the best way to learn new things for yourself (watching documentaries vs listening/reading books vs field trips). In the NLP realm, it used for building rapport. People with the same dominant sense tend to connect with people of the same dominant sense much easier. Things just click because they speak and experience life in the same fashion.

Will be posting a review about the book once I’m done.
